Originally from the New York tri-state area and moved to California in 2011. Prior to inventing the Attrenti shoe, he was the Studio Manager for Deutsch, Inc. in New York City. He won new advertising clients by utilizing his creative talents with art directors to build presentations of unique one-off pieces to leverage brand recognition.  He has designed the removable heel and rail and clip system and 3D printed all initial prototypes. A master scuba diver, thrill seeker and creative guru.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco in 1991 and from UC Berkeley in 1999. Prior to Attrenti she worked for GI Partners private equity firm for several years. She has worked for several tech companies in Silicon Valley. In 1995 she was a granted a patent for developing a nicotine patch reducing template used in a smoking cessation study at the Palo Alto Center for Pulmonary Disease Prevention. She has studied 4 foreign languages, scuba dives, skydives and continues to travel extensively.

Shane studied electrical engineer at San Jose State University. He currently works at NVIDIA as Senior CAD Engineer in the Advance Technology Group responsible for design automation. Prior to that, he worked at LSI Logic where he automated product release flows and led use consumer off-the-shelf products for a new emerging aerospace market. Shane also founded Brasticon to consult on rapid prototype products to go from concept, funding and to manufacturing. 

Nancy Girouard is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and currently resides in the Bay Area. She obtain her MBA at University of San Francisco and has an active CPA license in the state of California. Nancy has 15+ years experience in Accounting, Finance & Treasury. Previously, she was an entrepreneur in retail in Arizona and experienced a successful exit from the industry. Nancy brings specialized skills to Attrenti in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, operations optimization, logistics and manufacturing as well as understanding the financial aspect.
