HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
What is your Return Policy?
You have 30 days from the day you received your shoes and/or straps for a full refund. Items must be in the original condition and unworn. If the product is defective please return it immediately. Please email us at email@example.com with a description of the malfunction so that we can attempt a remedy for you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes for unworn or unused products. If the shoe base is the incorrect size for you or you wish to exchange straps or heels for a different product, please return them to us with a request for fulfilling the exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the product. If we cannot accommodate your exchange request, we shall issue a refund after we receive the items back.
I've returned my shoes. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned items please allow 15 days for your refund to reflect on your original payment method.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Please accept our apologies if this happened, contact us to correct your order immediately.
Who pays for return shipping and how do I get a return shipping label?
We are happy to pay for the return, just log in to your account and start the return process and you will receive a return label to print and place on your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, just log in to your account and cancel your order.
